We take responsibility for meeting the specifications outlined in your customized quality assurance plan and schedule formal Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to keep you informed about service levels and inspection ratings.

Our high standards start with our hiring process, as all potential employees must complete our mandatory 7 Steps to Success training program before beginning work. This program covers IFSS customer service standards, proper use of our specialized green cleaning equipment, products, and recycling programs, as well as emergency training and evacuation procedures. We provide ongoing training and coaching to our employees to ensure they maintain the highest level of quality cleaning each day.
