IFSS goes above and beyond expectations by proactively implementing a quality assurance process that involves on-site visits to ensure service delivery in accordance with your expectations. We take responsibility for meeting the specifications outlined in your customized quality assurance plan and schedule formal Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to keep you informed about service levels and inspection ratings.

Our high standards start with our hiring process, as all potential employees must complete our mandatory 7 Steps to Success training program before beginning work. This program covers IFSS customer service standards, proper use of our specialized green cleaning equipment, products, and recycling programs, as well as emergency training and evacuation procedures. We provide ongoing training and coaching to our employees to ensure they maintain the highest level of quality cleaning each day.

We believe that ongoing training is vital for building strong client-employee relationships, as employees who understand the “why” and “how” behind our procedures and practices show increased productivity and receive exceptional feedback. Our staff also maintains effective ongoing communication with their managers and our clients to stay ahead of any issues and represent our clients in the best possible light.
