Qualifications                              

IFSS K9 handlers include a minimum of five years of experience working with a single or dual-purpose dog in either military or law enforcement. Our K9 teams are licensed personnel by Skill India, and many of them are Ex-Military Dog Handlers. Our standards and qualifications for both dogs and handlers ensure that our teams possess advanced skills in detection and patrol, as well as specialized training in crisis management.

Our dogs are meticulously selected according to strict standards and evaluated by senior trainers and subject matter experts for their quality, performance, genetics, workability, endurance, and obedience to verbal and signaled commands.

• Selection Process

Only a select few canines, less than 10% of those screened, meet our rigorous standards and are approved for training at Government Approved facilities.

K9 Program Management Information System

Our proprietary web-based K9 Program Management Information System (IFSSk9) tracks key performance indicators and enhances our ability to manage the full lifecycle of our handlers and canines. It provides insights into canine inventory, handlers, project assignments, training and health records, and a customer portal gives instant access to projects, teams, and records.
